The w:Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (Welsh: Y Goruchaf Lys; Scottish Gaelic: An Àrd Chùirt; Scots: The Supreme Coort; Irish: An Chúirt Uachtarach; sometimes colloquially referred to by the acronyms UKSC or SCOTUK) is the final court of appeal in the United Kingdom for civil cases, and for criminal cases from England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
